  • Yes, you can disable it. On the dashboard go left menu >> integration, you will see step 2 over there then set off to disable Storefront Reward Pop-up.

  • How to get existing customers on the App Dashboard?
  • When you install the App then it will export existing customers automatically.
  • When installing a new theme do I need to re-install AI: Loyalty, Referrals & More ?
  • There's no need to re-install the app when changing or updating a theme. You need to update or adjust some settings as on the dashboard go to left menu --> integration---> select your theme. If having any issue with this, please email us at contact@hubifyapps.com

  • Simply go to your Apps screen in your Shopify store and delete the app.

    there are customization options available to set launcher pop up.

  • Go to left menu >> customer section >>in the customer list click on More info
